Hello! I want to welcome you to my official blog! My name is Jay Neal and I am an attraction marketing coach and mentor in the Network Marketing and MLM industry as well as internet marketing home based business industry. Here you will find a broad range of content, information, tips, online marketing secrets, social media, personal development and growth as well and many other topics to aid you in your entrepreneurship for your freedom to live life to its fullest. That is my passion to help you become successful and free from the chains that bind us.

My purpose with this blog is to inspire and empower you to build the life that you can have if you only reach out for it. Who am I and where did I come from?

I grew up in Winston-Salem, NC where I lived from the time I was three until the age of seventeen. I had one sister and we tried to kill each other growing up but now we are the bests of friends.  I was the average boy growing up in the south playing sports and going to the neighborhood pool in the summer except from the time that I could remember the only thing that I wanted to be was a solder. I played “Army” in the woods behind my house and was in ROTC in high school. After graduation from high school I went into the United States Army Where I spent many years in the 101st Airborne, 1st and 3rd Ranger Battalions and the 5th and 7th Special Forces Groups. I have lived in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Texas and West Germany. I have been all around the globe and love to travel and other cultures.

As far as careers I have been a soldier, Police Officer for Winston-Salem, NC and Nags Head, NC. I have been a commercial diver in the oil industry and built houses and landscaping, was a sales manager for a software company and the assistant manager for a scuba dive shop. I loved being in the Army and what I did there but I got out to go to college and a friend suggested I become a police officer in the town where I grew up. I enjoyed that too but still I knew that there was something more to be had. I knew that the Army and the Police Department did not pay very well and I wanted all kinds of things and a lifestyle that it would never buy me. The whole time I was trying to find something that could set me free. I now I have been in the home based business industry for over 20 years.

I got in to MLM and started selling vitamins and it took years to make my way to $1,200 a month. After working with that company for several years I realized that the company was not the right fit for me and went to another network marketing company where I still struggled and realized that I did not want to stock product or ship product myself. I also came to the conclusion that I did not want to have to make a minimum purchase every month. When I first started out I was broke and could not afford $100 dollars or more a month every month. I struggled for many years to build my home based business but found that even thou my up-line was supposed to be helping me, I found that they did not necessarily no what they were doing either. I did not know what to do or how to do it. Then though thousands of dollars and a lot of pain and suffering I stumbled upon the secrets to success.

The low point in my life…

There came a time when I had lost everything, I was evicted from my house and my car was repossessed and I did not have $200 in the bank. What was I going to do?  I knew that network marketing was the key to my future and only with this could I leverage my time and efforts to become successful. I really became a student of the industry and here I am today working from home enjoying the life that I knew was possible.

I kept wondering why I was not making the millions of dollars that I had heard of. I was working hard but seemed to be failing. Over the years I have come to realize that it was not the business that was the problem it was me. I had always heard about the personal development and thought that it was a bunch of crap but when I truly started to study it I found success.  I can tell you that there is a lot of good information out there for you but there is a bunch of junk too. How do you know what is worth your money and what’s not? Let me give you the guidance to build your home based business. I have been free of a job since March of 2008. After being a police officer for over 12 years I was able to quit my job and stop working when someone else wanted me work. I was able to start working when and how I wanted too. I now work from my home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina or anywhere that I go as long as I can get an internet connection.

I learned from industry Gurus and leaders like Mike Dillard, Todd Falcone and others to affectively market myself and my business. Since coming upon the holy grail of information I plan on personally helping millions of people to succeed in their own home based businesses, marketing and sales. It can be done and you can do it too!
